  • Built internal tools for IBM MQ using JavaScript and React on Toast UI.
  • Built an internal AI-driven MQ Operations Assistant using IBM Granite 3.2, fine-tuned on proprietary MQ-specific datasets (non-public), and deployed autonomous LLM agents capable of analyzing queue manager logs, TLS issues, HA quorum states, and Kubernetes-based MQ pod health. Integrated the full workflow into iLab, which served as the platform to train, test, and run the model, enabling automated MQ diagnostics and intelligent operational insights across Kubernetes-deployed MQ environments.
  • Automated workflows via REST APIs and containerized microservices on OpenShift.
